Journaling is a great way to get in touch with yourself and your thoughts. It’s a way of getting out all the things that are on your mind, whether it be big or small. You can also use it as a tool for goal setting and planning. There are many different ways you can do this – from writing down what happened during the day, to making lists, drawing pictures or even just talking into the microphone of your phone! The key is finding something that works for you.
I talk about how brain dumping has helped me plan my days more efficiently and set goals so I am able to reach them easier than before. I also mention how journaling has helped me gain an outlook on being grateful which has made my life better overall!
