Hey y'all, welcome back to the podcast. Today is just gonna be a mental health check-in. I feel it’s so important especially in the current climate. I‘ve been dealing with a lot myself and I think we should just stop and check in with each other and regroup. I’m talking all about tips on having a mental health check in with yourself and making sure you’re getting in some self care at least for 10 minutes a day. So come let’s check in together.
